Philipp Hartmann takes over global marketing, Jonathan Filleau becomes Head of Sales EMEA.

Auerbach, 5th October 2026 – CHERRY is strengthening the leadership team of its peripherals business: Philipp Hartmann takes on worldwide marketing responsibility as Global Head of Marketing, while Jonathan Filleau is promoted to Head of Sales EMEA. Together, they will bring brand management and sales closer together, strengthen the partner business and expand B2B activities.

“We are consistently aligning our peripherals business with what our customers need and the products they actually buy. To achieve this, marketing and sales must work as one team, with clear priorities and clear accountability,” says Rogier Volmer, CEO of CHERRY. “Philipp and Jonathan bring the experience needed to advance this collaboration and shape the next phase of our development together with our regional teams.”

Philipp Hartmann brings international leadership experience in brand management, product marketing and category management. In roles at Microsoft, PUMA and, most recently, Haier, he successfully developed brands and aligned marketing organisations and go-to-market processes with business results. At CHERRY, he will connect the global brand strategy with user needs, product innovation and commercial growth.

“CHERRY has distinctive expertise in technology and quality. I look forward to working with the team to bring brand, product and category management closer together and unlock new growth opportunities,” says Philipp Hartmann.

Jonathan Filleau joined CHERRY in May this year and brings more than 20 years of experience in international sales, channel management and category management. Previously, he spent almost eight years at Corsair, most recently in a senior role overseeing global category management, and held senior positions at PNY Technologies.

In his new role, Filleau will be responsible for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the largest sales region of the peripherals business, and will join its leadership team. He will also continue as Country Manager France for the time being. His priorities include expanding the partner business and B2B activities, as well as ensuring reliable sales planning.

“CHERRY has a strong brand and longstanding relationships with its partners. We want to build on these strengths and increase our presence wherever businesses and consumers buy their products,” says Jonathan Filleau, Head of Sales EMEA at CHERRY. “My goal is to combine the experience of our local teams with a clear European sales approach. By consistently aligning sales and marketing activities, we can provide more targeted support to our partners and unlock further growth together.”
